We ship worldwide! Our global logistics service operates in more than 180+ countries and islands around the world.  

What is the delivery charge?

We are proud to be able to provide FREE Shipping on all orders.

When can I expect my delivery?

Estimated delivery times for our FREE Shipping service are 10-20 business days, depending on your location. Some orders may arrive sooner and some larger items (such as interior lighting products) may take longer. We ship directly from the factory and therefore we're able to pass big savings to our customers. For more information about our shipping schedules in your region, please see our Shipping Info page.

What payment methods can I use?

Payment Methods
Our store uses the secure PayPal Express payments gateway, which you can use to pay by Debit/Credit (All the major card providers) or by PayPal.

NB: You do not need a PayPal account to pay by debit/credit card through the PayPal Express payment gateway, simply proceed through to checkout and on the PayPal gateway page select the 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' button.

Maximum Cart Totals
For security, our store restricts order totals to $595 (or the equivalent in your local currency). If you wish to place a larger order, or your cart total is greater than this amount, then you will need to submit more than one order for the items that you require.

What is your returns policy?

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and packaged as new in the original packaging. To request a return, please contact us and we will guide you through the steps to process your return. For more information, please see our Returns Policy.

What is your cancellation policy?

Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 12 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full immediate refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours. However, if 12 hours have passed since you placed your order, then our shipping process will already have started and you will need to wait for your items to arrive before returning them back to us and claiming your refund. For more information, please see our Returns & Cancellations page.
